    "content": " I agree with the Mover of the Bill. In the last Parliament, Hon. Kang’ata had proposed a death sentence for anybody involved in this kind of crime. The House, in its wisdom, decided to have not more than a 10 year jail term and a fine of not more than Kshs1 million. We also need to be very careful as Members of Parliament. We are saying this because sometimes the agencies that are bestowed with the responsibility to undertake investigations act with malice. As we look at the amendments brought by Hon. Ndindi Nyoro, we also need to be very careful. How I wish justice was done in a fair and acceptable manner.
