    "content": "We have a Departmental Committee on Agriculture and livestock in this House. While we talk about agriculture in the broad sense, I think the Chair will agree with me that we have never seriously considered matters livestock. So, I thank Hon. Bashir for kicking this Bill back to life. When a particular product contributes 12 per cent to the national GDP this is a lot of contribution and Kenyans, the National Treasury and the Executive must take note of this."
