    "content": "In the Bill there is also a suggestion of a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) who will be appointed by the Board. But the Board has not said for how long he will be in office. I think that may be an oversight. The Mover of the Bill must think clearly because it means that the Board can hire and fire at will. Maybe, we should allow the CEO to be in office for three or five years so as to have security of tenure and to effectively serve in that office. Finally, livestock farmers find this sector no longer beneficial or having value for money. But with this Bill the Board will focus on this very important sector of the economy and generate income to the farmers and the nation. With those few remarks, I beg to support this Bill which is timely and thank the Mover. Thank you."
