I can assure him he will come for a second term because he comes from a livestock zone with many pastoralists. Indeed, I am surprised that we do not have a livestock and livestock products Board, and yet, we have many Boards like Sugar Board, Fish Board and many others in place. I am surprised a sector that controls 12 per cent of what we feed on daily basis does not have a Board."
