    "content": "Today, we throw away hides and skins in most homesteads and in most of the slaughter houses and abattoirs. They are an environment hazard. We throw away a very important product that can be a value-addition chain through manufacturing. But it has now become an eyesore and an environmental hazard at our backyards. Each one of us in the House has a hide and skin product like shoes, belts or bags. Those are all livestock products. They cannot be promoted and improved because we do not have any board in place that can do the work."
