    "content": "We have never had a serious livestock census in the country since 1980. The last livestock census was done in 1980. We do not know how many animals we have. How can we plan and be prepared for a market which we do not know its units of supply? In this year’s census, there was a question about livestock; how many livestock one has. Enumerators rarely asked the question. When I was being enumerated, they asked me all questions and told me that they were done. But I asked them about the question on livestock because I knew the question was there. They were sorry. They then asked me the number of camels that I have. That was an unfortunate way of doing it. We need to have a livestock census in the country so that we can know the number of animals we have."
