    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the decision to construct a trauma hospital was arrived at by the World Health Organization (WHO) in the 1980s. We do acknowledge and appreciate the Presidential directive to construct one at Salgaa but that is based on a political consideration rather than really a feasibility study. Could the Assistant Minister reconsider again to follow the WHO guidelines and consider Naivasha and Voi for urgent trauma hospitals?"
