    "content": "Even as I support this Bill, I would be happy to see that we do not attempt to reinvent the wheel in terms of the proposals on how to compose the board. The board will be a State corporation. The modalities of how it will be formed are found in the State Corporations Act. For purposes of improving this Bill, we will propose some amendments during the Committee of the whole House. Particularly, we envisage to mitigate against the very many challenges that such marketing bodies go through in this country, so that we are able to form a State corporation in the name of Livestock and Livestock Products Marketing Board that seeks to solve very many existing public problems within the livestock rearing sector."
