    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, as a Ministry, we are aware of the WHO report which was done in 1983. It had recommended that trauma hospitals be constructed in Voi, Naivasha and Nyanza. However, due to budgetary constraints, we are not able to do so. But, as a Ministry, we have a plan to send our staff to do the feasibility study so that we can embark on constructing one at Naivasha."
