    "content": "The board should look at markets outside the country. We are aware that we used to lead in meat production and export. However, due to corruption in this country, the quota that we used to have was taken away. As we form this board, we also need to learn from the other boards. What happened to them? Most sub-sectors, such as coffee and tea, have gone down because of the marketing board. So, we also need to learn from them. This board should promote creation of disease-free zones so that our products can be acceptable out there. It also needs to invest in modern abattoirs.
