    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. My reason for opposing is not about the content, but the general view of things. If you look at the many legislations and Motions that have been brought before this House in the recent past, we are just perpetuating the idea of a big Government. Bills, and especially Motions, come with creation of boards or other institutions. That is why our Government is burgeoning and becoming so big for us to handle, especially given our income streams."
