    "content": "Lastly, let us come up with a law by amending the Constitution or enact an Act of Parliament to give the CASs some teeth or accommodate them because some of them do a good job. They represent CSs in many meetings, including in Parliament. The majority of them are politicians. I have not seen a CAS who has been picked from outside politics. All of them are politicians who lost in the last general elections. I urge the Members of this House to be lenient with them. Please, let us be lenient with them. When they appear before the House, let them come with letters. Let us give them some resources in the next Budget to run their functions."
