    "content": "48A (1) The Authority shall determine the suitability and propriety of every person seeking to serve as Board member, Chief Executive Officer or other officer of a Sacco society, and may bar a person from serving in a Sacco society as a Board member, Chief Executive Officer or an officer pursuant to its determination. The justification is to include the board members in the scope of persons whose suitability and propriety shall be determined by the Authority. The amendment also seeks to delete the term “Director” and substitute thereof with the term “Chief Executive” because that is what is used in Saccos."
