    "content": "(b) A Sacco society shall, in the ordinary course of business exchange information on performing and non-performing loans as may be specified by the Authority and to such extent as may be prescribed through regulations made under the Act. The justification is to make provision that requires Sacco societies to share information on performing and non-performing loans amongst themselves. We have had in the past people who borrow money with an intention of not paying back. They move to one Sacco, bring it down and go to another Sacco and also bring it down. With the inclusion of this, we will not have people moving from one Sacco to another because the Saccos will be able to share information amongst themselves, especially on good and bad members.
