Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 27 of the Bill be amended- (a) in paragraph (a) by deleting the word “residential”; (b) in paragraph (b) by deleting the word “residential” This Act applies to all types of units; that is both residential and commercial. The deletion allows reference to the term “unit” whether we are referring to commercial or residential property."
