Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 37 of the Bill be amended in sub-clause (1) by deleting the words “local authority” appearing in paragraph (f) and substituting therefor the words “county government”. This is about aligning the Bill with the constitutional structure of Government by removing “local authority” and substituting it with “county governments.”"
