    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for this opportunity. From the outset, I take this opportunity to thank Members. This Report has raised a lot of interest. That is why I decided to move a Notice of Motion to share with Members so that we can get a way forward. The subject in question is very emotive. The challenge we have faced as a Committee is that of employment and mistreatment of Kenyan migrant workers in foreign countries. Just as a background, the International Labour Organisation (ILO) Report of 2018 has placed Kenya among countries with very high unemployment rate in the world. Why am I saying this?
