    "content": "We have a responsibility to strengthen the welfare of migrant workers out there. Recently, people talked about Doha, Qatar, which is known for mistreatment of workers. These are issues which we need to correct together with the countries where our people are going. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, together with the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection, should issue them with proper work permits to enable them to travel. We need to strengthen these ties, so that when Kenyans go out there, they work with dignity and provide for their families."
