    "content": "These are some of the challenges that Kenyans were facing before. We should create an enabling environment just like this Committee which went out on a fact-finding mission reported to us through this good Report. According to ILO, Kenyan unemployment rate stands at 18 per cent. It is among the highest in the world. The USA’s unemployment rate is 3.6 per cent while Germany has an unemployment rate of 3.1 per cent. So, we need a place with a decent working environment, where young Kenyans can go and work and support their families back home.
