    "content": "I commend the Chair of the Committee, whom I know very well because he is an old friend of mine. I commend him for the decision they took to undertake a fact-finding mission in Saudi Arabia. Until we have facts, it is usually very difficult to make a determination. This was in response to an outcry from the Kenyan public and reports from the media about the manner in which Kenyan workers in Saudi Arabia were treated. It was on the basis of this that the Committee undertook to go there on a fact-finding mission. They were reacting to an outcry of some sort and we support it."
