There was a proposal for guaranteed minimum returns (GMR). I think the Government needs to take up an insurance that will help farmers to take care of fluctuation of prices. Therefore, as we support this report, just as we supported the Tea Bill and other Bills related to farming, as leaders, we need to come up with a paradigm shift when it comes to issues of farming."
