    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, I wish to support this important Motion which has come at the right time. For one reason or another, when it comes to planning, we tend to plan our towns in such a way that a lot of space is taken up by buildings. We forget that we need to have not just 10 per cent, but 40 per cent forest cover, if possible. Everybody wants to put up a house without thinking about the environment and where the trees are meant to be."
