Kassanga is a Member of the Committee on Lands, Environment and Natural Resources, but I think it is an important input in terms of the intersection we need. That is the intersection through a particular Committee that might be already in place to actually be able to operationalize by going back to the county assemblies to find out what the figures are. What has gone wrong? Why has this not been implemented? Do the county community forest associations exist and who is in charge of them? Sen. (Dr.) Musuruve already talked about the importance for public participation and involvement."
