(i) Give an account of Kshs118 million collected by MCSK from April to June 2019, and also for monies collected by MCSK between 2017 and 2019, when the Kenya Copyright Board (KECOBO) had suspended MCSK’s licence? (b) Could the Cabinet Secretary also: (i) State the actions taken by MCSK against broadcasters who have not been remitting royalties for local artistes despite airing their content? (ii) Explain why MCSK assets were recently disposed of, and how the proceeds from the said disposal were utilised?"
