    "content": "I fully support this Bill to ensure that hawkers are protected from harassment by county council askaris. These askaris should be subjected to the law whenever they harass hawkers. It is not enough to say that we recognize hawkers and then we do not put a provision in the Bill reprimanding the askaris who are harassing them. This law should also have a provision of compensating hawkers for destruction of their wares by county"
