    "content": "Clause 10(1) says: “Each county government shall progressively provide for the construction and maintenance of vending centres, to enable the carrying out of street vending activities in a fair, transparent and safe manner. This is very good, especially for the vendors, because if the county governments will be responsible for this, they will be able to maintain, manage and run the entire place, as long as those doing the business can sustain it."
