    "content": "Again, compensation can enable them to continue operating their businesses. Most of them depend on small businesses and earn below a dollar. So, it is good for them to be handled well when they are being relocated to other places to sell their goods and render services. The rights of the vendors should also be respected. They should not be violated as we have seen in the recent past vendors being mishandled and their properties getting lost. That is not a good thing. It is violation of their rights because they are not handled properly."
