So, it is important for them to be provided with essential facilities so that they, for example, handle solid waste disposal in the correct way. They should have clean water because they handle food. They should be provided with lighting because some of them operate beyond working hours. They should also have parking spaces where they can load and offload their goods. So, this Bill has come at the right time. It is a good Bill and I like it."
