    "content": "I also remind the House that as you raise the issue of processing of Petitions, it is within your powers, even within the sessions, to propose different methods that you think would be of greater value to the manner in which we process Petitions. The final overhaul of the Standing Orders will come at the tail end of this Parliament, but even within the life of this Parliament, you have the chance and the opportunity to propose amendments to the Standing Orders if you think they may be impeding the way you conduct business of Petitions. Finally, let us have the Member for Igembe North."
