    "content": "From the Report, it is a very good idea that that academy is devolved down to the counties because, for the last five years or so, what we have read or seen in the counties is most disappointing. Corruption has also been devolved to them. I wish, as my colleagues have said, that academy too be devolved down to the sub-counties. I once again thank the Committee for a job well done. I look forward to the day when we will start rolling out the first ambassadors of that academy and be part of the growing alumni of the academy and set out some of the best practices that we have seen in several other countries internationally. Thank you. I support."
