    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I want to stand together with the family and the people of Likoni for the loss of the mother and her child. Indeed, it was a terrible tragedy that should not happen at this time and place in this country. I watched the video of the accident and there are two things that stood out. One, that was a case – and I agree with Hon. Member who was agitated and annoyed – that, if we were prepared, it should not have happened. You could see that the car was near the ferry and people watched it. That speaks about the state of our disaster preparedness.
