    "content": "I want to take this opportunity to send my heartfelt condolences and those of the people of Taveta to the family of Ms. Mariam and Ms. Amanda for the unnecessary loss of these lives. We lost two lives in Taveta in Lake Chala in this same week. There is a gentleman, Mr. Agostinho Karawa, who was buried last Saturday. Another young man in his 20’s, Mr. Benjamin Marunde, was buried today after losing his life in Lake Chala. There are questions begging for answers. First and foremost, our Government is supposed to have a National Disaster Operation Centre. Well, I do not know whether it is just a name in books or it is operational."
