Just the other day a school collapsed and all of a sudden, all ministry officials and leaders began running around closing schools arbitrarily and yet we are approaching the Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE) exams. That is absurd. I beg to stop there and give my colleagues time to contribute."
