"content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. The Assistant Minister has not answered the gist of the question. Is the Ministry of Agriculture in congruence with the planning that is taking place in this country towards the development of this country? It appears that the Ministry is not in congruence because one Ministry is bringing the ESP and the other one is actually turning away the actual benefits gained by that ESP. Could the Assistant Minister, please, say whether or not they are in congruence? If he is not aware, he should, please, tell us so."
