"content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, when the Senator for Kirinyaga County said that it is the best thing that happened, it is within him to say that. I do not understand why the other Members would rise and say it is not the best. Sen. Kibiru was not allowed to finish his statement because he was interrupted midway. I would recommend that he be allowed to finish and qualify his statement. It is not fair for Members to say that it is not the best, and yet, Sen. Kibiru was still making his contribution."
