    "content": "The other thing I like about this Bill is separating street vending when it comes to food. Food is very important. One of the things we do not do in this country is that we do not take public health seriously. We must be concerned about the persons who are selling food in our streets. It is important for us to know their health and whether they have been certified as persons who can handle food. I like Clause 20 because it separates the vending for purpose of selling clothes, these other things and also food."
