    "content": "The last point I wanted to make about this issue is the health and safety standards. There must be a method regarding the zones – I think Sen. Kibiru has a zone where street vendors and hawkers are doing their business. So, there must be a health facility or a person who can help them other than fire, include health and security. There must be a police post where they can feel protected, their wares can also be protected, but more importantly, there can be fire equipment to deal with any damage that maybe be caused to their goods in the event of a fire.
