    "content": "have to be very serious and competent in what they are doing in the channel before we can introduce Kenyans up into the sky so that disasters are minimized. Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, this is a very sad issue. The KFS and the management should take responsibility. Any sensible person should even have resigned because that is the first failure of their responsibility. They cannot handle emergency. If they are showing us that there is no emergency preparedness in that area, then they have no business being in those positions. Once again, I condole with the family and people of Mombasa. I urge the Government to get serious when it is dealing with our safety."
