    "content": "I just want to support that Petition by saying that one of the problems we have encountered is that, successive governments do not carry on with the work that had been done by the previous governments. What is clear here is that the previous Government undertook some exercise that was left pending and the current one is dragging its feet in finishing that which had been started? This is a case that is also in Ndaragwa. We have the Ndaragwa Township that was partly in a forest. The process had been started by the previous Government and to date it is pending. We have the hardship allowance Petition that is pending before Hon. Koinange. This is something that was started by previous governments and is still pending. The current one looks a bit uneasy in carrying on."
