That is one of the ways of passing news. The issue that has been raised by Hon. Tonui is that of relevance. All the methods of fighting corruption that he is giving are in the principal Act. Hon. Ndindi’s Bill is an amendment of the Anti-Corruption and Economic Crimes Act, which he seeks to improve. The Member should be relevant in his contribution and stick to the Bill."
