On behalf of the Leader of the Majority Party, I beg to lay the following papers on the Table of the House: (i) Legal Notice No.144 of 2019 relating to the small claims code of conduct for adjudication, adjudicators and explanatory memorandum from the Judiciary. (ii) Legal Notice No.145 of 2019 relating to the small claims court rules and explanatory memorandum from the Judiciary. (iii)Legal Notice No.155 of 2019 relating to the Public Finance Management National Government Amendment Regulation from the national Treasury. (iv) Legal Notice No.156 of 2019 relating to the Physical and Land Use Planning, classification of strategic national or inter-county projects regulations and explanatory memorandum from the Ministry of Land and Physical Planning. (v) Report to Parliament on all new loans contracted by the national Government from 1st May 2019 to 31st August 2019 from the National Treasury. (vi) The Report of the Auditor-General on the financial settlements in respect of the following institutions for the year ended 30th June 2018, and the certificates there in: a) Postal Corporation of Kenya. b) National Youth Council, and c) National Drought Management Authority.
