As you know, the Standing Orders provide that the Speaker may approve a request such as this one after 6.30 p.m. But, I will put a rider that the request by Hon. Aisha Jumwa will be allowed subject to the House concluding the business appearing as Order No.11 on the Order Paper. That is before or after 6.30 p.m. If the House will have concluded considering the business appearing as Order No.11 at 6.30 p.m. then it will adjourn to discuss that matter of the tragedy that happened at the Likoni Ferry."
