    "content": "In my understanding, submitting a nil return is not an offence because the purpose of us having an institution like KRA is to guide us properly in case one has faulted. In case you have remitted some incomplete tax returns, they should advise you immediately. Hon. Tiyah Galgalo was given that opportunity and I am sure that today; it is not water under the bridge because she had time. In the morning, we received a letter from KRA as well as a clearance certificate confirming that Hon. Tiya was tax compliant."
