    "content": " I thank you, Hon. Speaker and Members. For the short time we have deliberated on the Motion, the issue of KRA came up. I am only bringing to the attention of our colleagues a decision which was made recently by a bench of the High Court. You remember a short while ago we had elections for the Judicial Service Commission (JSC). Mr. Tom Ojienda was being blocked from contesting to be a member of the JSC and the reason was that KRA had not cleared him. He did not have a tax compliance certificate. I draw this matter to the attention of our colleagues here because it is important today.
