    "content": "I would like to thank the Legal Department and the Secretariat for guiding us throughout our sittings. I also thank them for sitting with us for long hours. They helped us to understand the task that was ahead of us. Before I sit down, I would like to say that the former NLC commissioners did their work but they may not have given the best to the country. We have confidence in the members that we have received today, including Hon. Tiyah Galgalo. The decision that has been made by this House this afternoon is good. We will be doing our work, in terms of overseeing the NLC, to make sure that they deliver better services to this country as compared to the previous NLC."
