    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. From the outset, I support the Bill. It is a very nice Bill. Early childhood education is very critical because that is the time most kids make good judgements on what they will do in future. We also know that the rich invest a lot in early childhood education centres. It was very wrong for the Government to have devolved both early childhood education and polytechnics.
