The Member for Ndhiwa has done a personal initiative to ask a Question. I feel you, Hon. Kaluma. It is a serious thing when lives are lost. However, I would have been happy if you do one of these two things: One, you could ask a separate Question for yourself. Secondly, because the matter is before the House, you could attend the Committee. I will ask the Chair of the Committee to give some sign to Hon. Kaluma when they will be summoning the Member for Ndhiwa so that he can articulate those issues. It is serious when it is something that touches on lives.
