From where I sit, it is the first time in a long time I see the Members of Parliament, the legislative arm of Government, and the Judiciary seemingly agreeing very seriously on this particular thing. In legal terms it is called suo moto . They can pick up specific ones that they feel are not sub judice . We do not need to direct Committees. They work on their own. They can pick topical items that are all over and they can work on them. So, if Hon. Murugara and his team feel that there is something that needs to be done, you have mechanisms of doing it.
