    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. Is it in order for the Member to mislead the House that we have examination and tuition fees and yet all those are outlawed? The Government pays that fees. We passed an amendment in this House that said that all examination fees for Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE) and Kenya Certificate of Secondary School Education (KCSE) should be paid by the national Government. So, I do not know which school he is talking about. Kindly verify."
