    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker and the Chairman. I welcome this Sessional Paper because it addresses most of the concerns that we have as a country. As we try to implement the new programme and the curriculum that we have adopted as a nation, which has already been rolled out and Grade 3 pupils are being tested, it is my sincere request to the Committee, and the Ministry of Education, to consider that changing a curriculum is very expensive. We, as Members of Parliament, and all stakeholders, including parents, must be involved 100 per cent to especially capacitate schools in terms of infrastructure The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposes only.
